LATIN FOR STUDENTS

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Latin for Students of Our Classical Past
and for Catholics Attending the “Traditional” Mass
Latin for Students:
Two levels of Latin language instruction will be offered:
Beginner (starting from absolute scratch: using Oerberg's Lingua Latina) and
Intermediate (grammar review, with various Christian and classical texts: using Wheelock's Latin, 6th edition).
Simple spoken Latin will be taught in both courses.
The course will be taught by Dr. Gerald Malsbary of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary and Jeanne Haines, Temple.
Beginners: Ten Wednesday nights beginning Jan 30 through April 2 (7:30 to 9:30).
Intermediate Latin: same nights exactly, same time.
