Father Eduardo Chavez, postulator for the canonization of San Juan Diego, will speak on the Miracle of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
Father Eduardo Chavez, who served as the postulator for the cause of St. Juan Diego (canonized in 2002), will deliver a presentation about Juan Diego’s life and Our Lady of Guadalupe. Father Chavez is one of the most renowned experts on the Guadalupe apparitions and his lectures commemorate the 475th anniversary of the appearance of Our Lady of Guadalupe to Juan Diego.
(Father Eduardo Chavez is also the author of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Saint Juan Diego: The Historical Evidence (Rowman and Littlefield, 2006).
