Celebration at Ivy Hall

TIME:

January 6, 2010    5:00 PM

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Join us for our Epiphany celebration at Ivy Hall on the Feast of the Epiphany itself, January 6. This "twelfth night" feast commemorates the birth of Christ and coming of the Magi or "Wise Men." Enjoy food, drink and Ancient Catholic Customs including The King's Cake and the blessing of Ivy Hall!

Come with an extra shoe to be filled with candy! In the spirit of Christmas charity, bring along canned or dry goods that IIC will collect and give to the poor. Please note that the celebration at IIC takes place on the actual date of the feast, Wednesday, January 6.

A Solemn High Extra-ordinary Celebration of the Mass (Tridentine) will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 7:30 p.m. It will be a most appropriate conclusion to this festive day of celebration of Christ's coming to the Gentiles, that is, to the whole world!
